- Introduction: NGL Logistic Solutions takes your privacy seriously. This privacy policy describes how and why we obtain, store and process data which can identify you. We may update this policy from time to time and shall indicate on the web site when changes have been made.
- The Information we collect: Information is collected from you when you register with us, or when you contribute to or use some of the advanced features on the site. The information we collect is clearly set out on the web page on which we collect it. See for example our registration page and order form. In addition, we may collect your IP address and use cookies unless you configure your web browser not to accept them.
- Why we collect it: We collect information about you so that we can personalise your use of the site, assist your use of the site and improve the site generally. Depending upon your selections for our data protection questions we may arrange for you to be sent information about related products and services from us and carefully selected third parties (see section 4). You may update the answers to your questions at any time.
- Who we disclose it to: We will only pass on information about you as an individual (as opposed to aggregate information) to third parties to enable us to perform services requested by you or with your prior consent.

- Users of ngllogistics.africa acknowledge that NGL Logistic Solutions takes the protection of personal information seriously, and in particular the compliance with data privacy laws such as POPI.

However, no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be totally secure. POPI Act Information Privacy Notice

NGL Africa (PTY) Ltd, herein-after referred to as NGL Africa (PTY) Ltd, is a specialist logistics solutions service provider.
Customer and Supplier Notice:
This Notice explains how we obtain, use and disclose you and/or your organisation personal information, in accordance with the requirements of the Protection of Personal Information Act (“POPIA”).
At NGL Africa (Pty) Ltd (and including our website, www.ngllogistics.co.za, POPI Act Compliance) we are committed to protecting you and/or your organisation privacy and to ensure that you and/or your organisation personal information is collected and used solely for the purpose the information has been received, lawfully and transparently.
The information we collect

You and/or your organisation have the right to ask us to update, correct or delete you and/or your organisation personal information. We will require a copy of you and/or your organisation identity document and/or company registration documents to confirm you and/or your organisation identity before making changes to personal information we may hold about you and/or your organisation. Definition of personal information
According to the POPI Act personal information is information relating to an identifiable, living, natural person, and where it is applicable, an identifiable, existing juristic person. Further to the POPI Act, NGL Africa (Pty) Ltd also includes the following items as personal information:
- information relating to an identifiable, living natural person or juristic person and includes, amongst others, the following: identity number, email address, physical address, telephone number, information relating to health, criminal behaviour, views of the person, views about the person and many more.
